Seller try to decline this cancelation but i talk with him, and we do cancellation process again. But its look like that, so i lose some money, something going wrong? How to contact any real support?

Did you ask seller to cancel, as I do not think seller cancelled sale but just made a part refund.
I think if you now opened a not received case, seller would have to refund the remaining £30.
A proper cancellation would have generated a FULL REFUND, as private sellers cannot only make partial refunds, as if a proper cancellation is done as the process is automatic.

I try to do many things to finaly cancel it after canceladion decline. I can’t make not received case, because its not after shipping finaly day.
