I sold an item on a collection only basis and the buyer has not arranged to collect it. How long before I can claim the payment and how long do I have to store it for?

The coffee table?  That only sold yesterday,  so you'll need to give the buyer more time.

Or was it the dishwasher? That sold 8 days ago so for this item,  I would send the buyer a polite message to say you do need a collection date and time arranged within ** days.  If not,  you deem the item to be unwanted,  and will be cancelling the order which will fully refund them.

Then,  if you need to,  cancel the item by clicking on the item,  then top left click on View order details.  From the right and More Actions drop down menu,  select Cancel this Order citing ' Buyer Requests to Cancel. ' This refunds the buyer and does not affect your seller performance.
