I need to connect to Shopify but this message appears to me

Sehr geehrtes eBay-Team,

ich versuche, mein eBay-Konto mit einer externen Anwendung (LitCommerce/Shopify) zu verbinden.
Dabei erhalte ich folgende Fehlermeldung auf der eBay-Anmeldeseite:

"Due to restrictions on your account, this service isn’t available. To remove the restrictions, please provide the information requested in the eBay message titled, ‘Your eBay account is restricted.’ If you believe you are receiving this notice in error, please contact eBay’s Customer Service."

Das Problem ist jedoch, dass ich **keine Nachricht oder E-Mail von eBay** bezüglich dieser Einschränkung erhalten habe.
Könnten Sie mir bitte mitteilen:
1. Welche Einschränkungen auf meinem Konto bestehen,
2. Welche Unterlagen oder Schritte erforderlich sind, um diese aufzuheben?

You should have a message/email from eBay titled, ‘Your eBay account is restricted.' you will have to respond to this and give them the information requested.

I suspect they want you to register as a business seller,which you are,Germany are a lot stricter on correct registration of account types and have hefty penalties for incorrect registration.
