There isn't a phone number too call,  it's a Call Back option .

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Or,  better still as there truly is little reason ever,  to call CS,  come back to us explain the problem you're having,  there are many very experienced members here happy to help you.

eBay doesn't provide a phone  number and they don't accept emails. To contact eBay you need to click on "Help & contact" or "Contact us" at the top or bottom of every page, or use this link: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/home

It's hardly ever necessary to speak to eBay. Most questions that users ask can be answered in eBay's online help pages. Have you tried clicking on the Help & Contact ink above and entering a few keywords in the search field?
