There are current issues affecting the sales to the US because of recent US tariffs.

I don't believe it has been fully resolved,  and peeps are still facing issues like your buyers , not being able to buy eBay items in the UK.

Keep an eye on eBay Announcements for any changes and updates on this issue.

In order to make items available to the US you must have the country of origin item specific completed (I checked a couple of your listings and you do seem to have this completed), but even then it may not be applied in some categories.
