Every time I put in my credit card details to prove I’m over 18, it keeps saying a problem has occurred and to contact ebay customer services, but how do I do that, I need to speak with a actual real person and not a bot
I don't know why if when entering a CC you are getting that error message. We are all buyers and sellers like yourself so have no access to your account or details etc.
Sorry, only a (single monthly payment )Credit Card entry to confirm your age is acceptable to eBay --- nothing else will do !! --- an everyday use Debit Card will not be accepted.
