I`m a severely disabled seller who sells through the permitted work scheme

I`m severely disabled and sell on ebay through the permitted work scheme so I have a 5 day handling as I can only pack and post once a week...I think the enforced simple delivery  and 3 day minimum handling is a breach of the equalities Act in the UK.. does anyone else have any thoughts. Suddenly I`ve become an endentured employee of ebay paying for the privelige of below minimum wage working conditions for a monopolized postage agreement rather than someone trading on a regulated market place I don`t think this is legal never mind the recent buyer protection shenanigans it`s all gone rather fishy  and could well be the end of ebay as charging the buyer may well be legal in Lithiuania were vinted is based but was stamped out after the dixons scandal here in the Uk in the 80`s where insurance was not optional despite being unecessary under existing trade garantees.

I believe it's only listings created on the mobile app that can't have a handling time of more than three days.

On this page: Simple Delivery | UK Seller Centre. one of the FAQs states:

"Can I still use business policies?
Starting 7 April, certain features on the eBay app will no longer be supported. This includes business policies, the ability to set a handling time of more than 3 days, adding a custom SKU, subtitle, and Global Trade Item Number, and using the Gallery Plus feature.

You’ll still be able to use business policies when listing through your web browser, but if you’d prefer to list using the app, you can disable business policies in My eBay. The policies set on your existing listings will not be affected."

I don't know how you normally list so may not work for you but you should still be able to have 5-day despatch if you list on the full website rather than the app.
