I lost the first goal from Evri. I am hopeful about eBay.

 EVRI, to which I have sent approximately 500 products in a year without any problems, disappointed me when I send a high-priced cargo. Evri did not deliver the product I sold to the customer. The reason given was "Damaged beyond repair". I have been chasing my undelivered product for 3 weeks. I do not want compensation, I want my product to be sent even if it is damaged. I could not get any results from Evri. Because it is like a ghost company. I cannot explain my problem to anyone. Finally, I applied to eBay. But an artificial intelligence didn't understand. You are my last resort.
