I need to post and item, I selected to have the postage label emailed to me but I haven't received it, the item says that it has been depatched and I have to purchase another label.
I need to get access to the original label, the chatbot is absolutely useless

I understand as soon as a Simple Delivery label is purchased the item is marked as dispatched.
If you cannot access it contact eBay Customer Services, but I recommend only do so, very first thing in the morning at 8 a.m. when the lines first open on weekdays, as there's more chance of a Dublin agent answering.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
As said , I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Have you looked in your downloads?
I have only used one Simple Delivery label which I printed and stuck on but the label can still be accessed in my downloads.
The labels don't just disappear but as soon as you open the label, the item is marked as despatched and the tracking is added to your sale.
