Today I had two items to post. My bank account is in too poor a state to pay for postage in the unlikely event that something else might sell. You are keeping my money for at least two weeks. This should be illegal.

If you do not have tracking to show delivery payout is held for 14 days.

If tracking shows delivery then your payout is released 2 days after that delivery date.

Any pending payouts,  can be used to buy your postage.

How can it be illegal? By using ebay you agree to their terms and conditions.

I suggest you don't sell if you don't have money to pay the postage upfront.  Ebay is too risky to be that close to the wire.

You took the time to add stuff about the BPF to your listings (you can't refund the fee by the way as you don't get it), but didn't remove the out of date PayPal information.
