I am furious I send a buyer a £50 perfume and they claimed they never got it but when I checked it says they received it so that’s what I told them they then harassed me for a week before taking it to eBay and getting a full refund and now they have my perfume as well what am I mean to do eBay always sides with the buyer but as the seller I feel like nothing was put in place for my income to be protected I will not be selling with eBay again.

Did you put the tracking number showing delivery into the ebay case?

Yes and I even showed a picture of my conforming email to show I had left it with the courier.

So there is actual online tracking showing delivery to the address the buyer used at checkout, and ebay had access to that tracking number, in the case and possibly also in the sale record?
What was it you checked that said they received it?
Evidence of you giving the parcel to the courier is irrelevant.

eBay always sides with the buyer
No, they don't. Not on delivery issues.
If anything, they side with the seller. It's very difficult for buyers to challenge a tracking record of delivered, even when items have been delivered to the wrong address. eBay won't even accept a buyer's word that the photo proving delivery isn't their own address!
It would help if you would confirm that the tracking record confirmed on time delivery to the buyer's address, and that the tracking number was uploaded to eBay within the time limit for the case? Nothing else counts.
