There has been no announcement but others have been reporting this sporadically over the past few days, unfortunately, no one tells us what device they are using, or browser.
Might just be case of switching if using the app or mobile browser to PC / laptop and use Chrome or Firefox which work best with eBay.
Otherwise marco@ebay dave@ebay is there an issue on the site?
