I bought products that had been diluted with water

I received cosmetics from this seller that, although listed as new, turned out to be used.

Unfortunately, a few hours later, I decided to test some of the products that appeared to be full, even though they were unsealed.

I’m familiar with these products, as I’ve purchased and used them before, so I was shocked to discover that many of them had been diluted and topped up with liquid — hopefully just water — to make them look full.

To me, and I’m sure also from a legal standpoint, this is not only unacceptable but a criminal act.

It’s unclear what harm could be caused to a buyer who expects to receive safe products, but instead is exposed to risk and potential health damage.

I sincerely hope you will take action and prevent such sellers from operating on this platform

You can open a return to send them back.   Sellers pays the postage.  So start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Doesn't match description" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

You can also use  "Report a seller" on here:
