I bought new balance sneakers and they are marked delivered but i never received anything

Good day please help.

I bought New balance from a supplier in China for about £22, have been tracker my order and yesterday morning its been Marked delivered by DPH Germany but im not in Germany, i have reached the seller without success, they don't respond to my messages via Ebay.

As the tracking shows delivery a "not received" case won't work so contact ebay direct and explain the problem.   You can request a callback on here:
