While I have no intention of getting involved in Non simple postage, I believe you have the choice of selecting who and when buys and pays for the postage.
Far better to not allow buyers to buy the label, or even have a choice. Select to buy yourself then if able to cancel, you get the refund.
It is essential where you have a choice to select whatever works best for you. It is no good allowing buyers to select evri, when seller has no means of using their poor service. Only today a seller on Isle of Wight had buyer select Evri, when no drop off points on the island and no doubt even if available standard prices would not apply.
