Hi I’ve been left unfair feedback from a buyer, who I gave a full refund to meaning she didn’t pay anything for a pair of doll shoes. The problem was she claimed the shoes didn’t for her doll which I know for a fact they do. I gave her some tips on putting them on the dolls feet. So I was perfectly pleasant didn’t call her stupid (as I mention in the listing how to put the shoes on) and she’s left me neutral feedback. I’d like to get the chance to remind her that I have done everything a good seller does but I can’t seem to be able to reply
