How to reopen a refund request

I have open a refund request but had to close it till I receive the package , now package is received and would like to it back ?

If you previously opened a "not received" case you can still open a return.    You can start one on here:

If you opened a return case before you received purchase, and closed it , nothing more you can do.

If however you opened a Not received case, that is the only time you can after closing the case, you can then open a Return Case.
