Hello,
Someone bought an item I had listed, and then cancelled it straight away.
I was unable to access my emails for a few days so didn't see the order, or the request to cencel the order.
The 3 days lapsed that I had to accept the order cancellation, and now I can't find a way to cancel the order on my end.
The buys has also said they can't find a way to cancel it again.
How do I resolve this issue?
