The seller obviously has not updated the return address they have filed with ebay. You are supposed to only send back to the address supplied by ebay but I would contact the seller and let them know.
They need to correct their return address in their account settings. But that won't help your current item. Maybe if they give you the house number you can write it on the label.
If they don't communicate you'll have to send it back as it is, as long as you use the ebay label.
