Just had a phone call back from a Michael at ebay regarding a request to find out why a promo code wasn't available to use. He asked me if I'd checked the terms but I asked him to check as probably now expired. He basically said he didn't have time as it had been a busy time in the office. I said that I and a lot of people are busy and that I'd recently been discharged after spending a year in hospitals.
I asked to speak to a manager and he put me on hold. I gave up after 6 minutes. Received an email response to say that my call back request wasn't completed as they didn't have success calling me back.
There doesn't seem to be a button to complain about ebay itself?
