How do I remove some negative feedback sent about a product bought from a seller. He is asking  for deletion  and I don't know how to fo this

The seller has to send you a Feedback Revision request.

Thanks. They have done that but I wrotexa revised feedback and it didn't post  or delete the original feedback

Why have you agreed to change the feedback?
It sounds as if it was your honest opinion about a shoddy item.

Is the seller saying they will only accept a return and/or refund you if you change your feedback?
