Are you trying to leave a negative feedback for a buyer?  You cannot,  it's against the rules,  hence no red  'button'.

What did the buyer do? Not pay?  Best way forward here is to cancel the order after 4 days for non payment,  this gives the buyer a deserved non payment strike,  they are only allowed one.  Gain any more,  and they're blocked from buying from the majority of sellers for a full 12 months,  it's very effective.

Block them from returning too.

Be also aware,  if you're trying to perhaps leave a negative for a power seller,  you have to wait 7 days to do so, as this gives the busy seller time to try and resolve the issue.

If you were trying to leave negative feedback for the buyer who left you a negative. It is not possible.

Did this buyer contact you to say what the problem was, as the item was only £1. and the negative is just a full stop, which says nothing.

I would suggest first of all you see if ebay will remove it, that may be difficult, so again I suggest leaving a comment to the negative, saying something along the lines of “No reason given by buyer, only a full stop so do not know what the problem is “.

Do not leave positive feedback with negative comments!
