How do I get support when Ebay cannot provide a legal requirement

Because I am registered disabled due to severe PTSD and Anxiety issues I have always been reliant in the past by getting support first by email (now removed) or via X (now removed without notice).

Triggers for my health issues are many BUT I cannot use telephones, or Computerised AI robot chats as in the past when tried they make me very ill

How do I get support ?  

Here in the UK this is a breach of Disability Discrimination law
