How do I get my money paid now, the item has been sold and the money is sitting in my acount.

I don't understand the new method of drawing down my money, which according to my statement is sitting in my account.  I have read the relevant help info but it doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Any help would be appreciated please.

In My eBay go to Account > Payments, or on the hub hover over the Payments tab and select Summary.   You'll get a big blue banner with eBay balance on it.   Click the arrow on the right and it opens up a box where you put how much you want to withdraw.

Use a PC / laptop clear cache and cookies and  try this:

Click on Payments >>  Summary then any payout available for immediate withdrawal,  is available for you, in a big blue banner.

Click on that  Withdraw >  arrow,  you may need to log in again, or even verify your account by receiving a text or email code.

On the pop up screen which appears,  click on Withdraw found at the bottom of that screen.   You will see £0.00 at the bottom, at the top a larger £0.    There, in the larger darker £0 at the top,  manually enter the amount you wish to withdraw.  Bottom right  Withdraw should be lit up for you to click on.

Then click on the final Send (it will show the amount to be withdrawn )  Now.
