How do I change Simple Delivery to Collection only on live listing?

Selling a job lot of nearly 100 pieces of pottery. No way am I going to courier this! Ebay will not allow me set up Collection Only insisting that it must be posted band not offering the collection option. How do I amend this?

You should be able to select it.   Try clearing cookies or using a different browser.   If no luck try changing the category, eg. to job lots.

As a private seller who will be using simple delivery, it's not all bad news. Have you considered that under simple delivery it is eBay, and not the seller, who refunds the buyer for loss or damage in delivery?

What sort of price will you sell these items for? Pottery is usually well below the value of porcelain or fine china.  With fragile items of fairly low value sellers often have to take the risk of damage themselves. Insurance for damage cancost more than the item is worth, and buyers wouldn't pay the extra cost anyway. IMO eBay's simple delivery could prove to be exactly what you need!

Thanks for your help. As there was no option for Collection I did eventually solve the problem. Ebay was much simpler 25 years ago.
