I was ordered this but it isn’t received and  I was starting the refund and returning steps but it say your case was closed

Has 30 days passed your item's last estimated date for delivery?  Then, you are too late to open a case and it will just close.

Did the seller have tracking to show delivery?  This too will close the case.  Here,  it's worth checking with neighbours even household members if they took delivery and forgot to tell you,  it does happen!  Was it a Royal Mail delivery?  Ask your postie where they left the item.

You could also try your payment provider for help with a refund.

If it's more than 30 days,   that's why the case closed,  as you have up to 30 days from your item's last estimated date for delivery to claim any refund through eBay.
