I have had orders that never pay they are always from new member name asking how quickly I can send as its for their "mom" they tell me they live in the USA but their mum lives in London and im supposeto email her they send a photo.of a email address I cancelled them all but they keep coming back

You should cancel sales on day 5 for NON PAYMENT, then no feedback can be left.

Scammer would be quite happy to leave you a negative feedback.

Always complete sales through ebay, posting to address provided by ebay in the payment details, not by the NON PAYING BUYER.
