Hi I am have a problem seller he refused my courier collection of a window I had paid for I now want a refund as I have lost on the courier now

No I won’t the refund got the window now as I bought 3 and one was broken one shows it has a handle taped to it then this one he wouldn’t let them take it so please help me with a refund

Were these listed for collection and you paid for a courier to collect?

In that case you have no buyer protection through the ebay money back guarantee.
Sending a courier for items that are meant to be collected by the buyer in person removes your protection.

Items listed for collection are meant to be collected by the buyer. The buyer then gets the chance to inspect them and make sure they get what they oaus for.
When you introduce a courier into the process ebay says that exempts you from buyer protection because any issues could be down to the courier.
