Are you trying to access the Buyer Requirements page to adjust your settings?

No I want to start a conversation with a potential buyer but it’s keeps bringing me to the last person that bidded

Are you able to switch for now to a PC/ laptop ?  Try from there with Chrome , the app can have it's glitchy moments.
