Help with simple delivery - but i used royal mail mysel

I'm new to the new format of selling and I selected simple delivery thinking it just gave the buyer an automatic price.

I've sent the items myself by taking to the post office and paid more than the simple delivery quoted and got tracking numbers for my parcels.  All have been delivered but not showing delivered on ebay as it has a different tracking number.  How do I rectify this to show the items are delivered and thus get paid?

See if you can change the tracking number at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.  That has to be done on a desktop browser.   If not generate the original prepaid Simple Delivery label and try again.

Afterwards if you paid for the original label you can cancel it here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
Or if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.

Even if you don't manage to do the above the payment will be released anyway in 14 days.
