Help with non delivery

I purchased an item  which did not arrive and I emailed  Ebay customer services and was advised to wait a few more days. It has now been over 20 days since the item was due and I want a refund.

Also the item is not showing on my list purchases, why? so although I have ID and reference that Ebay confirmed and Ebay confirmed non delivery I'm getting frustrated and going round in circles for a refund. I got a seller email with a link but when i click to respond link says error so cant respond directly to seller either! All the tabs in my account don't show it under any heading or anything outstanding.

Tried to email customer services and got a this time was told to go into my account to resolve issue but getting nowhere.

I dont use Ebay much and this will certainly put me off using it again. Can anyone help??

You need to start an item not received case.

If the item is not shown in your purchases and you can't contact the seller from this account, it's probably because you bought as a guest and were not logged into your Ebay account.

Report that your item hasn't arrived

You have up to 30 calendar days from the estimated delivery date to report that an item hasn't arrived.

The seller should respond within 3 business days to provide a delivery update, offer a replacement, or give you a refund. If you're getting a refund, it will go back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically available within 3-5 business days.

Here's what to do:

  1. Find your order confirmation email. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
  2. Select View order details in the body of the email.
  3. Select Contact seller.
  4. Select I haven't received my item yet.
  5. Choose No, I want to contact the seller.
  6. Fill in the details and then hit Submit.
