Help with fake Birkenstocks

Hi,

Can you tell me how to send a message to ebay NOT through the dumb auto assitant!

I bought supposed Birkenstock sandals which are definitely fake and the seller is no longer trading - what a surprise. I can't see how to report this and have money back guarantee.

I received the sandals on 20th May I think, and have been trying to get through to someone about this since then.Not easy!!
Messages to the seller got no replies.  Not easy!!
