Help with a return

I need help getting a return label printed cause I don't have a printer and wondered if the label could be mailed to me or them  could someone pick the chair up from where it was delivered it's still in it's packaging thank you please?

The return label has a QR code on it if it's a Royal Mail label, you can show that at the Post Office and they'll print the label for you.

If you're unable to do this you'll need to return the chair yourself (organise for it to be collected) and pay for the return. This must be by a trackable method.

You can just show the QR code for the label on your phone when you take the parcel to your post office and they will print the label for you.
