This seller sells roof lanterns, the same as I do but here is the issue. None of his listings are actually selling anything, his listing says "this is an advert for a 850 x 850 skypod" but this is a size nobody would buy, the rest of his description is an advert to contact him directly and even have his phone number in there "Cash on collection or card payment prefered A small deposit would be required just to confirm the order with the rest payable on delivery Any questions please ask( Stuart ) OI553 773 89I" He has over 200 listings the same as this, and they are all sponsored. I was getting between 60 and 80 listing views per day, yesterday I only had 11. I have messaged him from my private account, and he says to ring him to avoid ebay fees. I have been reporting him and speaking to ebays customer services for over 12 months now, they just tell me a report has been made and action will be taken but nothing ever gets done. Does anybody have advice on what I can do about this?

It would be helpful to know ID or an item number to see exactly what the ad. says, as from what you say ebay would remove them.

A mod removed my reply with the persons name in, but if you search for roof lanterns on ebay he comes up as sponsored. His username suggests he is strong with the force, wink wink.

He has over 200 of these listings, all sponsored. I was getting 5 - 10 sales a week and 60 - 80 listing views a day for my main listing. I'm now at 10 views a day and havent had a sale for a week.

Ebay is taking no action about this
