EBay said an item I am selling goes against their policy. I read the policy, it did not go against the policy, but I updated the wording in the listing to make it explicitly clear. EBay’s resolution thing said I could re-list the item as long as I updated the wording.
i made the required changes and relisted the item. EBay immediately flagged it as going against their policy again. When I appealed, they said I had lost the appeal but without offering an explanation (it does not violate their policy and there are plenty of other similar items on eBay) and if it was listed again i could lose my account.
what can i do now? The ‘get in touch’ button doesn’t help because it won’t let me contact a real human no matter what I type.
