Some have been finding glitches with printing the postage label, all I can suggest if it doesn't fix itself today you'll need to take the item to the Post Office and buy over the counter postage, keep the proof of postage safe. You then mark the item as dispatched.
You do not want to receive late delivery defects on your account so you need to post promptly after a buyer pays.
You don't have to buy postage from eBay, I never have, always preferring to buy from my little local Post Office, they appreciate any help to keep their business open!
