Help! I put on my item a normal amount of Royal Mail postage £3.95 but when I took it to the post office they scanned the label and charged me nearly £6
There is no NORMAL amount of postage. Whatever method you use is charged according to Royal Mail's scale of charges based on SIZE, WEIGHT and VALUE. It is up to you as a seller to work out correct method and cost of postage.
