I've posted an Evri parcel via a Royal Mail box by mistake

Contact Royal Mail Site.  Give them the details (address) of the drop-off box & ask them how to solve the problem.

If tracking cannot be scanned or added to the item,  you will need to wait 14 days for your payout.

Royal Mail wont be able to track the parcel and are likely to attempt delivery to your buyer and place a No postage paid surcharge on it before delivery.

You can pay this if the buyer gets a grey card with the details or refund the buyer if they pay it,if it is unpaid they may return it to you not sure if they will charge for this
