Held at customs/GSP shipping as a restricted item

I sold a Rosewood watch box. This item was sold to a buyer in the USA. I sent it through the eBay global shipping program as instructed to GSP SHIPPING via recorded delivery. Myself and the buyer both received emails saying that the item won't be shipped to the buyer with no real reason given. It was just called a restricted item. It's a watch box! What's restricted about it? The buyer was refunded by eBay and I'm apparently allowed to keep the money for the original transaction. But whats happening with the watch box? GSP shipping are just going to keep it are they? No. I want my property back. Myself and the buyer have done nothing wrong. It's pretty clear that for eBay to voluntarily send a refund out of their own pocket, that GSP shipping have either lost or damaged the parcel, not some nonsense about it being restricted. If GSP shipping still have the parcel I expect it to be returned to me immediately at their expense. My return details are on the parcel and eBay have my return address on file. I want this mess looked into and my watch box returned. I will not just let this slide. It's not the first time I've had huge problems with eBay's global shipping programme.
