Have I been 'done'?

I ordered from e-Bay MARKETPLACE SELLER.

I ordered two packs of MacuShield Eyes medicine capsules.

I received one pack of Elastic Cord.

I have twice tried to contact the Seller, bur have received no reply.

e-Bay automated Customer Services don't wish to help.

What else can I do? Please help!

Click "Ebay help" top right of page.

Open item not as described case, seller supplies returns label, you post back for full refund.

Escalate on day 4 if no refund or label.

Ignore seller excuses.

As advised, open a return using the Ebay Money Back Guarantee,

You are not allowed to name other members in the forum so your post will probably be edited.

However, that seller is running a business from a private account.  Always make sure you buy anything you plan to put in or on your body from a properly registered business seller.
