I had 2 large letters, for 2 separate orders, but going to same address.
One QR code scanned ok , but the other one said it was used, ? ( I thought I must of shown the first one twice, ? so showed other one , but it still said used, which it definitely wasn't.) !! Then the lady at the post office counter said oh it's ok. It's Same address, and still took it from me,? I did ask it will have a label? , yes she said , ..don't worry.
when I got home I realised I've only 1 item on the receipt, also tracking is only saying 1 item has been despatched, now I'm worried I have no proof of posting it, if it goes missing, ? .(.simple delivery item.) I will ring them up in the morning, , to see if I can get a receipt,
Any ideas what post office lady may of done ? have I got 2 items with the same label + tracking number?
