HS code to send weighing scales to Romania

Hi, I'm trying to send some weighing scales to Romania but every time I try to fill in the HS code on the customs form it tells me I have the wrong code. The only code I could find was 84239010 and ebay want the code laid out 8423.90.10. Help!

The code number is the same, however the way ebay want it laid out is actually correct. Usually though for the ease of use 8 numbers as you have detailed are accepted.

the front end of the code Eg first four digits are always the item if you will, but then the following are sub categories eg perhaps digital scales or manual scales etc. Also odd authorities around the world use the last two digits for their own use. (but don't worry about that!)
