HOW DO I CONTACT EVRI ABOUT A PARCEL DISPATCHED 3.1.26?

I dropped a parcel at the post office on 3.1.26 but it is still showing s dispatched 3.1.28.

I dropped 2 other parcels off at the same time and they state that they have been delivered.

How do I contact Evri about the outstanding parcel as my customer is anxious to receive it.

Once past the expected delivery date, buyer should open a Not Received Case.

Depending on which part of the UK there are many delays due to weather conditions, I would expect buyer to know if there are problems in their area.
