Hi, can someone tell me how to get the collection code? I can't seem to find on Ebay. Thank you

If you're the seller the buyer receives the code after they've paid online via ebay.   They give it to you when they come to collect the item, either on their phone or just giving you the 6 digit code for you to enter on your device via "View Order Details".
