Gurnsey buyer

Hi all,

I have a buyer for an item but when they have gone to pay it states that I won’t post to gurnsey ,however this is not the case . 
They are unable to complete the transaction .

Any advice please ?

Just double check your site preferences that you haven't accidentally added the Channel Isles to your countries,  you do not post to.  You can also add that buyer's ID to your exemption list that should allow them to pay.
