Guest Checkout

My other half has made an ebay purchase and checked out as a guest using the email address I have linked to my ebay a/c.  The item hasn't arrived and the seller is saying we need to contact them via the ebay platform but a) his order doesn't appear on my a/c as he checked out as a guest and b) when it tells me to enter the email used it signs into my a/c.  I'm going round in circles!  Any advice?

Have you got the email confirming the purchase and payment?

Make sure you log completely out of your account then follow the below steps.

If this doesn't work, you will have to contact Ebay.

Here's what to do:

1. Find your order confirmation email. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
2. Select View order details in the body of the email.
3. Select Contact seller.
4. Select I haven't received my item yet.
5. Choose No, I want to contact the seller.
6. Fill in the details and then hit Submit.

You'll receive a confirmation email once you've created the request, which will include a link to view your request details. You can also check the status of your request by going to View order details in your order confirmation email, then selecting Resolutions.
