Got prepaid label but had to post by other means

I got a prepaid label for evri but had to pay and send by Royal Mail.  I have updated seller and tracking details.

Will I get the postage payment instead of it coming off prepaid?

If you didn't use Simple Delivery  and bought the postage label through eBay,  then you can receive a refund for the unused label.  You may need to ait 24 hours for it to appear,   before being able to cancel it.

Find your label with this link . https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub and to the left of the sales record there is a drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click on 'Void Label'.

The refund will take between 5 - 21 days to process.
