Recently returned item. Have not been given proper refund.

Opened box, saw it was  wrong colour sealed box back up.

Never used glue, returned same box  it arrived in.

Did you open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE. Done properly seller has to provideca feturn label and on return refund in full.

If you did not follow the money back guarantee procedure, then you are lucky to get any refund at all.
