How do i get a human agent to help with placing my draft as a classified ad?

When using the Classified ad format you have to use a laptop / PC and not the app or mobile browser,  try from there and try Chrome,  that seems to work well with eBay.

Just to edit,  once you have formed your listing double check it well,  for descriptions and photos,  once live you cannot amend , remove, add anything.
