Sold a book from UK with global shipping as an option. Buyer from Canada wins, only for eBay to tell him I won't ship to Canada. Buyer also states he checked before bidding and shipping to Canada was an option then. What to do?
But why is it telling buyer I won't ship to Canada? I've never had this issue before. Can this be changed retrospectively or do I need to relist? Will other items I'm selling possibly have the same issue?
